After your order we send you a welcome pack. This pack outlines all the things we need from you to design your site. For example we ask you to send photos or past brochures usually anything that can help us get to know your business. We use these to build your site. Once we have completed a draft of your site we'll be in contact to get some feedback. Any changes that are needed will then be made and shortly after your site will go live.
